Annual Registration - 2020

All participants in Sorrento Community Centre activities are required to pay a $15.00 Annual Registration Levy. Annual Registration enables participants to access any of the activities, courses, and events conducted by Sorrento Community Centre. Please complete this form and click 'register' at the bottom of the page. Conditions of Registration and enrolment in courses, etc. are listed separately.

To apply to join the SCC Association as a voting member, please visit the link here to fill out an additional application form. You will have to have both forms submitted to be eligible.

Sorrento Community Centre Inc. is required to provide the Victorian Government with student and training activity data that may include information you have provided on this form. This information may be used for planning, administration, policy development, program evaluation, communication, resource allocation, reporting and/or other organisations.
